Ireland – Family picnic in preparation for the Pope’s visit in 2018
A family picnic day at Punchestown racecourse on August 27th was the opening event for the Diocese of Kildare and Louglin to prepare for the World Meeting of Families and the planned visit of Pope Francis to Dublin in 2018.
This was hosted by Bishop Denis Nulty and was attended by more than 4000 people including Sr. Gertrude Jordan SMG and her family.
