Payroll Administrator – PSMG UK Area

Based Brentford, Middlesex and regular visits to other locations

37.5 hours per week – £23,346 to £26,414 per annum, Pension and 28 days holiday

The Poor Servants of the Mother of God is a charity operating 13 care homes, a nursing home and 26 convents in the UK employing 500 people based in London, Liverpool and Brighton.

We wish to appoint a Payroll Administrator, based in our Brentford office, who will be responsible for the management of the monthly payroll process, dealing with HMRC compliance, Pensions and other reporting requirements, systems development, implementation and maintenance.

Ensure all salary payments and deductions are in line with statutory and internal policies. Work across divisions and departments as directed by the Financial Controller to ensure smooth and effective workflows are in place; support the Financial Controller, Finance Managers and the rest of the Finance team as required.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in payroll processing in a large organisation and be CIPP or equivalent qualified, or studying towards such qualification. They will have an excellent working knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements of NI, PAYE, statutory payments and HMRC forms. They will have experience in new payroll implementation.

Laverstoke Gardens is a residential care service for seven women with Learning Disabilities, and/or Physical Disabilities. Laverstoke Gardens is situated in a residential area close to Richmond Park, shops, post office and library. It is within a 5 minute walk of local bus routes, which have excellent services to the South West London area.

Rate of Pay: £7.85/hour

We have a number of vacancies for Bank Activity Support Workers at Fernley Resource Centre, Formby Liverpool L37 1PH.

The roles are primarily to work with the Manager/Team Leaders and Senior Activity Workers to support adults who have learning disabilities who attend the centre. Shifts are available between 8.30am – 4.30pm from Monday and Friday.
