Thought for the Day
In Mother Magdalen’s time, this day was kept as the feast of St. Gabriel the Archangel, messenger to Mary that she had found favour with God, and announcer to our waiting world of the plan of God for our salvation.
Pray to the Angel Gabriel for the media of our time, that corruption, greed and low moral standards may be no more, and that it may proclaim to the world the wonderful news that we are a redeemed people through the coming of Jesus!
