One day I was out driving, and the horse began to jump in an alarming way. ‘Oh’ the driver said. ‘that is joy. He is glad, he jumps for joy!’

Holiday and retreat times are times when we too can jump for joy. Well, at least show that we are glad. We pray with Our Lady:
