FIRST PROFESSION IN KENYA

August 15^th is a special feast in our Church and in our Congregation.  For many of us, older Sisters, it is the anniversary of our Final Profession.  This year it was special as for Sisters Esther Kasese Lydia and Jacinta Akiru Ateri who made their First Profession in Mwingi.

Thanks to Covid19 the only SMG Sisters physically present were those living in Kitui Diocese.  Families and all other Sisters were united with them in a very real way across the continents as we joined the Mwingi community courtesy of YouTube (Please click on the red text to view the liturgy).
