Thought for the Day
Each year this season becomes more and more precious, for, as we get nearer our end, we prize the love of our dear Lord more and more, and we long more earnestly for that peace he came to give.
Advent is a time for longing. We long for God, for peace, for fulfilled hope… Pray today for those whose longings have been stifled by cynicism and lack of love.
