Thought for the Day

Our Lord knows how difficult it is for us to overcome our human nature and its weaknesses. How often in life have we not felt the hand of God protecting us, assisting us?  Will he then fail us at the supreme moment of death? No, we shall then have God with us in our greatest need, with his mother, because we have lived for them during life.

We put our hand into the hand of God today, and feel his protecting, healing love for us. We lean on him and say to him: “Thank you for your faithful love. Help me, for my part, to be faithful to you, for I know that those who are faithful will live with you in love forever.”
