Mother often said that we mustn’t waste anything, because everything we waste is taken from God’s poor.

We pray today for the Spirit of God to help us overcome our selfishness.

Let God’s honour and glory be your only aim. We pray that we may: Prepare a way for the Lord, make his paths straight, for the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all peoples will see his salvation. Alleluia!
