Thought for the Day
Each year these seasons are more and more precious to us. We prize the love of our dear Lord more, and we long more and more for that peace he came to give, the only gift that we really need.
We pray that, at the beginning of this lovely season of Advent, we will have that special peace he came to give us. We remember especially at this time the homeless of our towns and cities, that God may comfort them in their loneliness and near despair, and that we may never pass them by on the other side.
