I remember that on Sundays we had no fire, so we often went up and down stairs in order to keep warm.

There are many people who are cold this Christmas, many people who cannot afford a fire in the cold weather. Let us pray for them, and help wherever we can that Christmas may not be cheerless and lonely for those around us.
